There is plenty going on around Nagoya in regards to charity work! In fact have you heard about an organisation called Hope international?
HOPE International Development Agency is a confederation of nine independent organizations working closely together along with local partners throughout the world to make poverty history. Since 1975, HOPE International Development Agency has been extending compassion to the world’s poorest in a continued effort to create a sustainable solution to poverty and create a world where people have healthy lives and futures. HOPE established itself in Japan after the 2000 earthquake in India spurred actions to help those in need. HOPE International Development Agency Japan has been in activity since 2004 and is a registered Non-profit with the Japanese Government as well as a member of the Nagoya NGO Center.
