The Sakura Dori line from Nonami (The old “last stop”) will be extended further east to Tokushige, in Midori-ku, on 27 March 2011. This new section of line will open on March 27. There is a plan to extend the line even further, possibly to Toyoake City or even as far as Toyota City. There is also a plan to extend the line to opposite direction, from Nakamura Kuyakusho to somewhere in Shippō Town. We’ll keep you posted
