Libraries

Nagoya has an excellent system allowing you to join the any of the public libraries in the area and then be able to use any of the libraries using the same card.  You can also borrow books from one library and return them to a different library in the area.  Joining is simple too.  There are instructions in English at the larger libraries (Tsuruma Park library being the biggest) and all you need is some ID and you can join and start borrowing straight away.

Visit the Nagoya Libraries homepage here for more details
