Sumai no Ichiban

An excellent choice when you’re looking for a new place in the Nagoya area. Compared to other companies they don’t have fixed prices for rent /key money etc., so they can often negotiate with the owner in your favour. They have probably the best choice of apartments and mansions in the Nagoya area and many are cheap as they are a little older. They are a Japanese run company, with all Japanese workers but are very foreigner friendly too (hence they have an English version of their website). The Main branch is in Chikusa; you can just turn up and hope an agent is free or just give them a call to let them know you’re coming. All details, information and contact numbers can be found by visiting their website (links below).
