Whether you want meat for “yakiniku”, hard to get lamb, or Western-style cuts of steak, we carry only the highest quality meat and food products and every single item we offer has been tested in our own kitchen or on the grill. Our slicing and cutting are done locally at a certified clean room under the strictest standards of health and safety.
